Session 1 will show that even unbelievers can be expected to adhere to the ethical standards of the Bible. While an unbeliever cannot obey God from a sincere heart, he can outwardly conform to the ethics of the Bible. It is not unreasonable or unbiblical to expect unbelievers to live a moral life and to punish them according to the biblical standard of justice when they fail to comply.
