They [ministers] plead with God on behalf of the people and they speak the word of God to the people so that there can be harmony and reconciliation between God and man. What God does to the minister He’s also doing to the people in terms of showing them examples and lessons about who God is and how we ought to worship God, how we are to carry out His work.
